I know that some of you guys have been trying to reach me through this Website and have encountered some problems (i.e. not being able to submit your questions or comments successfully.) This is totally not cool, you have my apologies and we here at Oprie Fitness are working diligently to rectify the situation.
In the meantime, Oprie Fitness is now on Facebook. Come on by and become a Fan! You can ask me stuff, talk to other members of our exclusive enclave, post articles, share work out tips, movie reviews….whatever! It’s a Fabulous Fitness Free For All over at Oprie Fitness FB.
